1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and jljl81.cam ("jljl81", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the jljl81 online gaming platform, including our website, mobile applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform").

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. jljl81 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information, odds, or results displayed on the Platform.

In no event shall jljl81's total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to your use of the Platform exceed the amount of deposits made by you to your jljl81 account during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or PHP 10,000, whichever is lower.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

jljl81 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to respond to verification requests

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, jljl81 reserves the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm. You irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for any such proceedings.

11. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of jljl81 to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and jljl81 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

You may not assign, transfer, or delegate these Terms or your rights and obligations hereunder without jljl81's prior written consent. jljl81 may assign or transfer these Terms or any rights or obligations hereunder to any successor or third party without restriction.
